Between us, we have spent around 25 years working across software development, digital project management and product delivery.

What that experience has taught us is simple: good software is rarely just about the code. It is about understanding the people using it, the process behind it, the pressures around it, and the small frustrations that build up when a tool no longer fits the way the work is actually done.
